Our lodge offers 40 unique rooms, with various configurations, to help meet the requirements of our varied guests. The campus spreads throughout four separate buildings. Whether you are here for business, or just to have fun, Sgt. Preston's Lodge has the room for you.

Room Sizes
Small Rooms
For those who only require a bed (one queen bed) and shower.
Rooms are small but clean for those who don't need extra space, just a place to
sleep and shower.
Rates start @ $80.00 per night for single occupancy &
$90.00 per night for double
occupancy, plus 8% tax.
Standard Rooms
Nice size rooms with two double beds for those whose groups are a little
larger, or for those who just want more space.
Rates start @ $100.00 per night for single occupancy &
$110.00
per night for double occupancy, plus 8% tax.
Deluxe Rooms
Larger rooms with two queen beds for maximum comfort. Perfect for people wanting more room and also helps to accommodate larger groups.
Rates start at $115.00 per night for single occupancy &
$125.00 per night for double occupancy, plus 8% tax.
Pet Charge: $15
We accept pets, but you must say at time of booking or upon checking-in that you have a pet with you. Not all of our rooms are pet rooms. Since we don't have smoking rooms pet rooms are determined by the type of carpet in the room. ( If you fail to tell us that you have a pet with you, we can and will levy a $200.00 cleaning deposit on top of your room charge.) Cleaning deposit cover's completely stripping room, cleaning walls, carpet, fixtures and so on. We don't want to charge you a $200.00 cleaning deposit, so please just tell us you have a dog with you.
For parties larger than 2 people or double occupancy the charge is $10.00 per person plus tax, for any additional person over the age of twelve.
Credit Card required to hold reservation. If reservation is canceled within 72 hours prior to check-in date, then reservation is canceled at no charge to customer. If notice is not given, customer is responsible for rate of room plus 8% tax.
Off season rates available October through April. Weekly Room Rates, Weekly or Monthly Construction Worker Rates and Amenities available off season.
