Small Rooms
For those who just need a place to sleep and shower. Micro-waves and Refrigerators are not offered in

Rates start @ $90.00 per night for single occupancy &
$100.00 per night for double
occupancy, plus 8% tax.
Maximum occupancy 2 people, exception would be an
Infant child.
Small Deluxe Rooms
For single traveler’s wanting more space.
Rooms come with both micro-waves and refrigerators
Rates start @ $100.00 per night for single occupancy &
$110.00 per night for double
occupancy, plus 8% tax.
Standard Rooms
Larger Rooms with two doubles or two double x-tra
Longs. All rooms come with micro-wave and refrigerator.

per night for double occupancy, plus 8% tax. For additional people over the age of twelve, there is a $10 charge per person, plus 8% tax.
Deluxe Rooms
Two queen beds for maximum comfort, perfect for people wanting a little more space and accommodates larger families or groups traveling together. These rooms also come with micro-waves and refrigerators
Rates start at $120.00 per night for single occupancy &
$130.00 per night for double occupancy, plus 8% tax. For additional people over the age of twelve, there is an additional charge of $10 per person, plus 8% tax.
Pet Charge: $25
We accept pets, but you must say at time of booking or upon checking-in that you have a pet with you. Not all of our rooms are pet rooms. Since we don't have smoking rooms pet rooms are determined by the type of carpet in the room. ( If you fail to tell us that you have a pet with you, we can and will levy a $200.00 cleaning deposit on top of your room charge.) Cleaning deposit cover's completely stripping room, cleaning walls, carpet, fixtures and so on. We don't want to charge you a $200.00 cleaning deposit, so please just tell us you have a dog with you.
For parties larger than 2 people or double occupancy the charge is $10.00 per person plus tax, for any additional person over the age of twelve.
Credit Card required to hold reservation. If reservation is canceled within 72 hours prior to check-in date, then reservation is canceled at no charge to customer. If notice is not given, customer is responsible for rate of room plus 8% tax.
Off season rates available October through April. Weekly Room Rates, Weekly or Monthly Construction Worker Rates and Amenities available off season.
